They conduct regular reviews, budget planning, and make recommendations. They are not ticket-takers; they are focused on proactive strategy, helping turn technology into a competitive advantage rather than just an expense.
Co-Managed and Fully Managed plans are billed per user per month, based on the services provided. Monitoring Only is charged as a flat monthly rate per environment.
Fully Managed clients receive immediate support via help desk and direct response from our technical team. Monitoring clients are notified but must handle remediation internally.
