They conduct regular reviews, budget planning, and make recommendations. They are not ticket-takers; they are focused on proactive strategy, helping turn technology into a competitive advantage rather than just an expense.

Is the pricing per user or flat monthly rate?

Co-Managed and Fully Managed plans are billed per user per month, based on the services provided. Monitoring Only is charged as a flat monthly rate per environment.

How quickly can I expect a response if there is a major issue?

Fully Managed clients receive immediate support via help desk and direct response from our technical team. Monitoring clients are notified but must handle remediation internally.

Are hardware costs (like cameras or sensors) included in the monthly plans?

No. Hardware is billed separately. Plans only cover services such as management, patching, monitoring, and IT support.
